What you can view in Fraud Impact:
Summary: A breakdown of invalid traffic by fraud category.
Geo Masking: A breakdown of clicks and geo masking activity by country and region.

Invalid Log: A detailed log of all traffic, including valid access.
1. Summary
You can check the number of detections for each category of click fraud.
Access path: Left Menu > "Fraud Impact" > Click "Summary"
2. Geo Masking
This section allows you to review the details of geo masking clicks.
Access path: Left Menu > "Fraud Impact" > Click "Geo Masking"
✒️What is Geo Masking?
Geo Masking refers to clicks where the IP location does not match the device’s time zone settings.
3. Frequency Cap
By installing the Spider AF CV tag at your conversion points, you can optimize the Frequency Cap settings on the Blocking Settings page.
This page then provides valuable insights to help you determine the optimal threshold without negatively impacting your actual conversions.
Spider AF detects and excludes these categories as invalid clicks.
Among them, "Frequency Cap" may include legitimate users.
✒️Understanding Frequency Cap:
This refers to repeated access from the same IP and browser.
By default, more than 10 clicks within 24 hours are flagged as Frequency Cap.
✒️Could these be real users?
While many invalid clicks are intended to check competitor campaigns or exhaust budgets in highly competitive industries, some may be low-performance legitimate users who click repeatedly.
Please use the Frequency table as a reference when setting Adjust Frequency Cap.
Note: The number shown under “Clicks Per User” indicates how many times a user clicked within a 24-hour period.
Example (Red Box):
Max clicks within 24 hours: 47
Conversion Rate (CVR): 0.25%
Ratio of CVs to total CV count: 99.65%
This shows that fewer than 1% of users convert after 47 clicks within 24 hours, which can be used as a reference when setting your Adjust Frequency Cap.
You can update your Adjust Frequency Cap at any time.
4. Invalid Log
You can view and download detailed log data for invalid access (clicks).
Access path: Left Menu > "Fraud Impact" > Click "Invalid Log"
This section provides detailed, visit-level data for all detected invalid traffic, including both organic and paid sources.
What Kind of Data You Can Analyze
Each log entry includes detailed information such as:
Timestamp of the visit
Reason (fraud type)
IP address
Campaign, keyword and network (if paid click)
Associated domain or page
How to use this:
Identify repeated visits from the same source (potential bots)
Detect clusters of invalid traffic in short timeframes
Investigate whether specific pages or sources are being targeted
a. Filtering Data
You can filter the displayed data using the options at the top of the page:
Tracker: Filter by tracker if you are using multiple trackers
Segment: Filter by segment if tags are separated (e.g., by product or service)
Domain: Filter by specific URLs where the Spider AF tag is installed
Campaign: Analyze traffic related to specific campaigns
Ad Network: Filter traffic by advertising platform (e.g., Google, Meta)
Ad Account: Narrow down data to a specific ad account
Reason: Filter by the type of invalid click detected (category/reason)
How to use this:
👉 For example, if one landing page shows a higher invalid rate, you can filter by domain to analyze it in detail.
b. Exporting Data
To download the data, click “Export as CSV” in the top-right corner.
You can use the exported file to:
Perform deeper analysis in spreadsheets or BI tools
Share findings with your team
Combine with other analytics data for more insights
